Welcome to the network! Nadugangan na gyud sa hinay-hinay ang atong site. Post your latest pix so we can also view them. Do you have a graduate like Ruth Cabahug’s Becca? If you do congratulations! My son Ajper (5 yrs. old) is now enrolled in United Christian Academy (UCA) hopefully i pray that he will be accelerated to Grade 1 from Prep based on the assessment of the Principal. Maayo unta haron makatipid sa tuition fee.
Hope you start juicing up like we do everyday. It has been 3 months now that we chose to stop eating pork meat. We stick to vegetables, fruits, beef, chicken, fish & lots of water. No coffee, sodas or soft drinks, only hot or ice tea. Our systems have adjusted already, it was hard at first but now our refrigerator is full of food with “substance” and no longer with “junk items”. Even our pantry of canned goods were drastically cut, only tuna, pineapple & canned beans.
Healthy living needs a lot of sacrifice, but the returns are very essential & rewarding.
I encourage you to continue the practice of juicing up and sustain it.
Continue to visit the site & up-date us about anything.

Hi there everyone, Dodoy Bacas-Tigulo here, you know guys I really missed the fun when you had a get-together last Jan 2. I was able to see your pix but i was sick during that time, morag nalihi-an ang akong new year. But anyway if you have another get together, apila gyud ko ninyo ha. I saved Judah’s posting on ACV, thanks for it. Bye-bye for now & I hope to get in touch with all of you guys and gals!
