DO’S AND THE FOODS THAT HEAL
- APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (ACV) – For 2 to 11 yrs. Old = 2 times a day. For 12 years to adult take 2 Tbsp. in the morning & 2 Tbsp. at night. Mix: ACV in a glass of water or juice with ½ to 1 tsp of honey. ACV may also be taken in small amount initially gradually increasing the dosage to 2 tbsp. 2x a day. ACV will dissolve the fats in your arteries & internal organs. It is rich in potassium, which is to the soft tissues of the body as calcium is to the bones and harder tissues. With unwanted fats, excess uric acid & bad cholesterol dissolved & flushed out of your system, you will never have to worry about HYPERTENSION. Blood pressure will normalize. Drink ACV daily. It is the best natural medicine against all kinds of sicknesses. With your first fast, you may temporarily have headaches, fatigue, body odor, bad breath, & even diarrhea as your body is cleaning house. When fasting drink at least 10-12 glasses of distilled water or reverse osmosis water. THE ONLY NATURAL WAY TO CURE CANCER IS TO FAST FOR 30-40 DAYSWITH WATER or VEGETABLE/FRUITS COMBINATION. AS CANCER CELLS ONLY THRIVES ON SOLID FOOD. NO CANCER CELL WILL SURVIVE A LIQUID DIET. Always break your fast by eating small amount of vegetables.
- EXERCISE, DEEP BREATHING EXERCISE & PANTING EXERCISE DAILY. To burn calories & toxins in the body. Activity is life & stagnation is death. If we do not use our muscles, we lose them. When we exercise we build endurance, strength & vigor. Daily exercise quickens & equalizes the circulation of the blood, but in laziness, the blood does not circulate freely & the changes in it that are so vital to life & health do not take place. Exercise regularly!
- DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES STIMULATE PITUITARY GLAND. Pituitary gland is the master gland of life & controls the functions of all the other body glands. It determines a person’s height & length of their bones & muscles & pulse strength, mental activity, pulse & even lifespan. Sticking a salonpas, maximum of 2 a week before sleeping at the nape (back of the neck), just below the hairline, will also help stimulate the pituitary gland & other glands.
- HEART STRENGTHENER. The purpose of this exercise is to expand the AORTA. This exercise stimulates the circulation of blood in the heart, as well as the entire body, cardiovascular system, etc. Slowly inhale through your nose & mouth, pushing downward with your diaphragm & expanding your chest at its front & sides. Hold your breath. Clasp your nose tightly with thumbs & index finger so that no air escapes. Then pretend you are blowing your nose. You should feel some air pressure in your ears. Now, with knees bent, bend over from the waist & gently bring your head down your heart and midriff. Continue to hold your breath for a silent count of 10. Return to the starting position & exhale & inhale. Repeat this exercise 5x, gradually increasing to 10 repetitions.
- SUNSHINE. 10 to 20 minutes of sunshine daily is a must. The sunshine’s gentle rays have powerful germicidal properties. As the skin gathers these gentle rays, it stores up enormous amounts of gentle-killing energy. The sun provides one of the finest remedies for the nervous person who is filled with anxiety, worry, & frustration.
- SLEEP at least 6 to 8 hours a day. Sleep, nap, & relax, these are life’s greatest REVITALIZER.
- MASSAGE & REFLEXOLOGY at least once a week. It is good for the body.
- STEAM or SAUNA —Spend 10 to 30 minutes in a steam or sauna room at least once a week, for the hard to burn toxins. Our body creates fever/sick to burn these toxins. By creating an ARTIFICIAL FEVER through the heat generated by these rooms, toxins are burn before they accumulate & one get sick.
- Natural Multi-Vitamin- Mineral Supplement, Vitamin C daily and Calcium Supplement 2 – 3x a week. (Too much calcium can cause kidney stones to form). Take the B complex – 2 to 3 x weekly.

I was able to see your pix but i was sick during that time, morag nalihi-an ang akong new year. But anyway if you have another get together, apila gyud ko ninyo ha. I saved Judah’s posting on ACV, thanks for it. Bye-bye for now & I hope to get in touch with all of you guys and gals!
