Welcome 2008 !

January 4, 2008

A friend has forwarded this message to me.  I’m sharing this to each and everyone.  I hope you will take time to read :-)

40 Tips for an Exceptional, Superb & Powerful Life in 2008!

These are really very powerful…implement whenever you can.

          1. Take a 10-30 minute walk every day. And while you
walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.

          2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.
Buy a lock if you have to.

          3. Record your late night shows and get more sleep.

          4. When you wake up in the morning complete the
following statement,

"My purpose is to____ today."

5.  Live with the 3 E’s — Energy, Enthusiasm, and
Empathy.

          6. Watch more movies, play more games and read more
books than you did in 2007.

          7. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, tai chi,
and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.

          8. Spend more time with people over the age of 70 and
          under the age of 6.

          9. Dream more while you are awake.

          10. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat
less food that is manufactured in plants.

          11. Drink green tea and plenty of water. Eat
blueberries, wild Alaskan salmon, broccoli, almonds & walnuts .

          12. Try to make at least three people smile each day.

          13. Clear your clutter from your house, your car, your
desk and let new and flowing energy into your life .

          14. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip, energy
vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you
cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the
          positive present moment.

          15. Realize that life is a school and you are here to
learn.
Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and
fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a
          lifetime.

          16. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and
          dinner like a college kid.

          17. Smile and laugh more. It will keep the energy
vampires away.

          18. Life isn’t fair, but it’s still good.

          19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.

          20. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does .

          21. You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to
disagree.

          22. Make peace with your past so it won’t screw up the
          present.

          23. Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no idea
what their journey is all about .

          24. Burn the candles, use the nice bed sheets, Don’t
save it for a special occasion. Today is special.

          25. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

          26. Frame every so-called disaster with these words: "In
          five years, will this matter?"

          27.  Forgive everyone for everything.

          28. What other people think of you is none of your
business
          .
          29. Time heals almost everything. Give time, time.

          30. However good or bad a situation is, it will change.
  So
stop complaining about the weather, the job, the rents etc
etc

          31. Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick.
Your friends will. Stay in touch.

          32. Get rid of anything that isn’t useful, beautiful or
          joyful.

          33. Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you
need.

          34. The best is yet to come.

          35. No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show
up.

          36. Do the right thing!

          37. Call your family often.

          38. Each night before you go to bed complete the
following
statements:  " I am thankful for ___." Today I accomplished
____.

          39. Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.

          40.  Enjoy the ride. Remember that this is not Disney
World
and you certainly don’t want a fast pass. You only have one
ride
through life so make the most of it and enjoy the ride.

Happy New Year to all! May 2008 be  better and brighter for
you.
          God bless! Cheers!

Fw : The Woman Golfer… (take a break!)

August 3, 2007

A Woman was out golfing one day when she hit the ball into the woods.

She went into the woods to look for it and found a frog in a trap.

The frog said to her, "If you release me from this trap, I will grant you three wishes."

The woman freed the frog, and the frog said, "Thank you, but I failed to mention that there was a condition to your wishes. Whatever you wish for, your husband will get times ten!"

The woman said, "That's okay."

For her first wish, she wanted to be the most beautiful woman in the world. T

The frog warned her, "You do realize that this wish will also make your husband the most handsome man in the world, an Adonis whom women will flock to".

The woman replied, "That's okay, because I will be the most beautiful Woman and he will have eyes only for me."

So, KAZAM-she's the most beautiful Woman in the world!

For her second wish, she wanted to be the richest woman in the world.

The frog said, "That will make your husband the richest man in the world And he will be ten times richer than you."

The woman said, "That's okay, because what's mine is his and what's his is mine."

So, KAZAM-she's the richest woman in the world!

The frog then inquired about her third wish, and she answered, "I'd like a mild heart attack."

Moral of the story: Women are clever. Don't mess with them.

Attention female readers: This is the end of the joke for you. Stop here and continue feeling good.

Male readers: Please scroll down..

The man had a heart attack ten times milder than his wife.

Moral of the story : Women are really dumb but think they're really  smart.Let them continue to think that way and just enjoy the show

PS: If you are a woman and are still reading this; it only goes to show that women never listen!!!

What happens in heaven…

July 11, 2007

This is one of the nicest emails i have read –

I dreamt that I went to Heaven and an angel was showing me around. We walked side-by-side inside a large workroom filled with angels.

My angel guide stopped in front of the first section and said, "This is the Receiving Section. Here, all petitions to God said in prayer are received."

I looked around in this area, and it was terribly busy with so many angels sorting out petitions written on voluminous paper sheets and scraps from people all over the world.

Then we moved on down a long corridor until we reached the second section.

The angel then said to me, "This is the Packaging and Delivery Section. Here, the graces and blessings the people asked for are processed and delivered to the living persons who asked for them."

I noticed again how busy it was there. There were many angels working hard at that station, since so many blessings had been requested and were being packaged for delivery to Earth.

Finally at the farthest end of the long corridor we stopped at the door of a very small station. To    my great surprise, only one angel was seated there, idly doing nothing. "This is the Acknowledgment Section," my angel friend quietly admitted to me. He seemed embarrassed "How is it that? There's no work going on here?" I asked.

"So sad," the angel sighed. "After people receive the blessings that they asked for, very few send back acknowledgments.

"How does one acknowledge God's blessings?" I asked.

"Simple," the angel answered. "Just say, "Thank you, Lord."

"What blessings should they acknowledge? " I asked.

If you have food in the refrigerator, clothes on your back, a roof overhead and a place to sleep you are richer than 75% of this world. "If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change in a dish, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.

"And if you get this on your own computer, you are part of the 1% in the world who has that opportunity. "

Also ….

"If you woke up this morning with more health than illness … you are more blessed than the many who will not even survive this day.

"If you have never experienced the fear in battle, the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture, or the pangs of starvation .. you are ahead of 700 million people in the world.

"If you can attend a church   meeting without the fear of harassment, arrest, torture or death you are envied by, and more blessed than, three billion people in the world.

"If your parents are still alive and still married . you are very rare.

If you can hold your head up and smile, you are not the norm, you're unique to all those in doubt and despair."

OK, what now? How can I start?

If you can read this message, you just received a double blessing in that someone was thinking of you as very special and you are more blessed than over two billion people in the world who cannot read at all.

Have a good day, count your blessings, and if you want, pass this along to remind everyone else how blessed we all are.

Attn: Acknowledge Dept.: Thank You Lord! "Thank you Lord, for giving me the ability to share this message and for giving me so many wonderful people to share it with."

Travelling Angels :)

May 9, 2007

Some of you might have received or have read the following story already.  The story is inspiring.. uplifting… especially during the times we least expect things to happen in our daily lives.  This came as a forwarded email which I am sharing with you -

 Two Travelling Angels
Keep reading to the bottom of the page — don't
stop at the feet (You'll see).

Two traveling angels stopped to spend the night
in the home of a wealthy family.

The family was rude and refused to let the angels
stay in the mansion's guest room.

Instead the angels were given a small space in the cold basement.

As they made their bed on the hard floor, the
older angel saw a hole in the wall and repaired it.

When the younger angel asked why, the older angel
replied,

"Things aren't always what they seem."

The next night the pair came to rest at the house
of a very poor, but very hospitable farmer and his wife.

After sharing what little food they had the couple
let the angels sleep in their bed where they could
have a good night's rest.

When the sun came up the next morning the angels
found the farmer and his wife in tears.

Their only cow, whose milk had been their sole
income, lay dead in the field.

The younger angel was infuriated and asked the
older angel how could you have let this happen?

The first man had everything, yet you helped him,
she accused.

The second family had little but was willing to
share everything, and you let the cow die.

"Things aren't always what they seem," the older
angel replied.

"When we stayed in the basement of the mansion, I
noticed there was gold stored in that hole in the
wall.

Since the owner was so obsessed with greed and
unwilling to share his good fortune, I sealed the
wall so he wouldn't find it."

"Then last night as we slept in the farmers bed,
the angel of death came for his wife. I gave him
the cow instead.

Things aren't always what they seem."

Sometimes that is exactly what happens when things
don't turn out the way they should. If you have
faith, you just need to trust that every out come
is always to your advantage. You just might not
know it until some time later…

                              Oooo
Some people            (    )
come into our lives    )  /
and quickly go..       (_ /

            oooO

                                              never

                            made a good
                              friend!!

Yesterday is history.
Tomorrow a mystery.
Today is a gift.
That's why it's called the present!

this is special…live and savor every

       Right Now -
somebody is thinking of you.
somebody is caring about you.
somebody misses you
somebody wants to talk to you.
somebody wants to be with you.
somebody hopes you aren't in trouble.
somebody is thankful for the support you have provided.
somebody wants to hold your hand.
somebody hopes everything turns out all right.
somebody wants you to be happy.
somebody wants you to find him/her.
somebody is celebrating your successes.
somebody wants to give you a gift.
somebody thinks that you ARE a gift.
somebody loves you.
somebody admires your strength.
somebody is thinking of you and smiling.
somebody wants to be your shoulder to cry on.

SOMEBODY NEEDS YOU

TO SHARE THIS TO THEM
=====
Never take away anyone's
hope

That may be all they have…

and we need to let them know

that LOVE is all we need for LOVE is GOD

and GOD is LOVE.

When everything in our lives has gone, we have God… and you know what?

He's all that we ever need.

SMILE! :) [u’r in candid camera!]

"A little girl walked to and from school daily. Though the weather that
morning was questionable and clouds were forming, she made her daily
trek to the elementary school. As the afternoon progressed, the winds
whipped up, along with thunder and lightning. The mother of the little
girl felt concerned that her daughter would be frightened as she
walked home from school and she herself feared that the electrical
storm might harm her child.

Following the roar of thunder, lightning, like a flaming sword, would
cut through the sky. Full of concern, the mother quickly got into her
car and drove along the route to her child's school. As she did so,
she saw her little girl walking along, but at each flash of lightning,
the child would stop, look up and smile.

Another and another were to follow quickly and with each the little girl would look at the streak
of light and smile.

When the mother's car drove up beside the child she lowered the window
and called to her, "What are you doing? Why do you keep stopping?"

The child answered, "I am trying to look pretty, God keeps taking my
picture."

May God bless you today as you face the storms that come your way.

And don't forget to SMILE!

REFLECTIONS… "NAIL IN THE FENCE!’"

April 2, 2007

Contributed by Gina Liza.  A forwarded message from friends - but worth reflecting especially at this time of the year…

Make sure you read all the way down to the last sentence. (Most importantly the last sentence. )

There once was a little boy who had a bad temper.  His Father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the back of the fence.

The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence.

Over the next few weeks, as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily gradually dwindled down.  He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.

Finally, the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all.  He told his father about it and the father  suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper.

The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone.   The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence, He said, "You have done well my son,  but look at the holes in the fence.  The fence will never be the same.  When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one.  You can put a knife in a man and draw it out.  It won't matter how many times you say I'm sorry, the wound is still there. "

A verbal wound is as bad as a physical one.

Friends are very rare jewels, indeed. They make you smile and encourage you to succeed.

They lend an ear, they share words of praise and they always want to open their hearts to us.

For every friend we have, we share this piece to show how much we care for them.  And to your family -

Please forgive me if I have ever left a hole.

REFLECTIONS…. " MY SON"

March 28, 2007

The following is a forwarded message circularized in the net from one friend to another.  This is shared with YOU by Judah.  A very nice reflection especially at this time of the season - the Lent…

MY SON

This is great, take a moment to read it, it will make your day!

A wealthy man and his son loved to collect rare works of art. They had everything in their collection, from Picasso to Raphael. They would often sit together and admire the great works of art.

When the Vietnam conflict broke out, the son went to war. He was very courageous and died in battle while rescuing another soldier. The father was notified and grieved deeply for his only son.

About a month later, just before Christmas, there was a knock at the door. A young man stood at the door with a large package in his hands.

He said, "Sir, you don't know me, but I am the soldier for whom your son gave his life. He saved many lives that day, and he was carrying me to safety when a bullet struck him in the heart and he died instantly. He often talked about you, and your love for art." The young man held out this package. "I know this isn't much. I'm not really a great artist, but I think your son would have wanted you to have this."

The father opened the package. It was a portrait of his son, painted by the young man. He stared in awe at the way the soldier had captured the personality of his son in the painting. The father was so drawn to the eyes that his own eyes welled up with tears. He thanked the young man and offered to pay him for the picture. "Oh, no sir, I could never repay what your son did for me. It's a gift."

The father hung the portrait over his mantle. Every time visitors came to his home he took them to see the portrait of his son before he showed them any of the other great works he had collected.

The man died a few months later. There was to be a great auction of his paintings Many influential people gathered, excited over seeing the great paintings and having an opportunity to purchase one for their collection.

On the platform sat the painting of the son. The auctioneer pounded his gavel. "We will start the bidding with this picture of the son. Who will bid for this picture?"

There was silence.

Then a voice in the back of the room shouted, "We want to see the famous paintings. Skip this one."

But the auctioneer persisted. "Will somebody bid for this painting. Who will start the bidding? $100, $200?"

Another voice angrily.. "We didn't come to see this painting. We came to see the Van Goghs, the Rembrandts. Get on with the real bids!"

But still the auctioneer continued. "The son! The son! Who'll take the son?"

Finally, a voice came from the very back of the room. It was the longtime gardener of the man and his son. "I'll give $10 for the painting." Being a poor man, it was all he could afford.

"We have $10, who will bid $20?"

"Give it to him for $10. Let's see the masters."

"$10 is the bid, won't someone bid $20?"

The crowd was becoming angry. They didn't want the picture of the son.

They wanted the more worthy investments for their collections.

The auctioneer pounded the gavel. "Going once, twice, SOLD for $10!"

A man sitting on the second row shouted, "Now let's get on with the collection!"

The auctioneer laid down his gavel. "I'm sorry, the auction is over."

"What about the paintings?"

"I am sorry. When I was called to conduct this auction, I was told of a secret stipulation in the will. I was not allowed to reveal that stipulation until this time. Only the painting of the son would be auctioned. Whoever bought that painting would inherit the entire estate, including the paintings.

The man who took the son gets everything!"

God gave His son 2,000 years ago to die on the cross. Much like the auctioneer, His message today is: "The son, the son, who'll take the son?"

Because, you see, whoever takes the Son gets everything.

FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, WHO SO EVER BELIEVETH, SHALL HAVE ETERNAL LIFE…THAT'S LOVE

HEALTH… IS WEALTH!

March 11, 2007

Judah is sharing with you the -

DO’S AND THE FOODS THAT HEAL

  •  APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (ACV) – For 2 to 11 yrs. Old = 2 times a day. For 12 years to adult take 2 Tbsp. in the morning & 2 Tbsp. at night. Mix: ACV in a glass of water or juice with ½ to 1 tsp of honey. ACV may also be taken in small amount initially gradually increasing the dosage to 2 tbsp. 2x a day. ACV will dissolve the fats in your arteries & internal organs. It is rich in potassium, which is to the soft tissues of the body as calcium is to the bones and harder tissues. With unwanted fats, excess uric acid & bad cholesterol dissolved & flushed out of your system, you will never have to worry about HYPERTENSION. Blood pressure will normalize. Drink ACV daily. It is the best natural medicine against all kinds of sicknesses. ACV is powerful cleansing & healing elixir—a naturally occurring antibiotic & antiseptic that fights germs & bacteria – for a healthier, stronger & longer life…”BRAGG” brand organic ACV is the best or any other ORGANIC brand is ok. Available only in supermarkets, vinegar section & health store. ACV in capsule form is not effective.
  1. Internal benefits of ACV : helps strengthen the heart, normalize blood pressure, prevent heart attacks & strokes, lower bad cholesterol. Fights arthritis & rheumatism & remove acid crystals & toxins from joints, tissue & organs. Help fight kidney & bladder problems & help shrink enlarged prostate. Helps maintain a youthful, vibrant body & retard aging. Helps fight germs & bacteria naturally & lessen asthma attacks. Helps regulate calcium metabolism. Helps regulate women’s menstruation. Helps digestion & assimilation for easier bowel movement. Help relieve sore throat, laryngitis by gargling with 2 parts ACV & 1 part water.
  2. External benefits of ACV: Apply directly to affected areas with pure ACV or diluted with water. Helps treat scabies (galis aso) psoriasis, itching scalp, dry hair, dandruff, diaper rash, itch, athlete’s foot, eczema, bee stings, insect bites, cuts, abrasions, etc.
  3. DRINK VEGETABLE/FRUIT COMBINATION DAILY—Remove all seeds & with little water, blend the following: ½ ampalaya (bitter herb), ½ cucumber, ½ green bell pepper, 1 apple, 3stalks of celery, 3 pcs. of garlic. Please remove the skin of cucumber & apple before blending them. While you have to wash thoroughly or soak for 15 to 20 min.the rest of the solution of 3 parts water & 1 part cane vinegar. Drink the vegetable/fruit daily in an EMPTY stomach (early in the morning). May drink the juice 2x a day if your health is really in bad shape. This juice combination is the BEST FOOD of our cells. It will flush out salt, excess sugar & other toxins in the body. If you can help it, PLEASE DON’T EAT BREAKFAST, the fiber of the veg/fruit is more than enough to keep you full.
  4. FASTING. The KEY TO INTERNAL PURIFICATION. Ideally, one should fast once a week. The purpose of the fast is to allow the body to self cleans itself. By fasting, we give our bodies a physiological rest. When we fast (stop eating) all the vital force has been used to convert food into energy and body tissue is now being used to flush poisons from the body. During a fast, your body intuitively will decompose & burn only substances & tissues that are damaged, diseased or unneeded such as abscesses, tumor, excess water & congestive waste. A short fast of 1 to 3 days will accelerate elimination from your liver, kidneys, lungs bloodstream & skin. With your first fast, you may temporarily have headaches, fatigue, body odor, bad breath, & even diarrhea as your body is cleaning house. When fasting drink at least 10-12 glasses of distilled water or reverse osmosis water. THE ONLY NATURAL WAY TO CURE CANCER IS TO FAST FOR 30-40 DAYSWITH WATER or VEGETABLE/FRUITS COMBINATION. AS CANCER CELLS ONLY THRIVES ON SOLID FOOD. NO CANCER CELL WILL SURVIVE A LIQUID DIET. Always break your fast by eating small amount of vegetables.
  5. EXERCISE, DEEP BREATHING EXERCISE & PANTING EXERCISE DAILY. To burn calories & toxins in the body. Activity is life & stagnation is death. If we do not use our muscles, we lose them. When we exercise we build endurance, strength & vigor. Daily exercise quickens & equalizes the circulation of the blood, but in laziness, the blood does not circulate freely & the changes in it that are so vital to life & health do not take place. Exercise regularly!
  6. DEEP BREATHING EXERCISES STIMULATE PITUITARY GLAND. Pituitary gland is the master gland of life & controls the functions of all the other body glands. It determines a person’s height & length of their bones & muscles & pulse strength, mental activity, pulse & even lifespan. Sticking a salonpas, maximum of 2 a week before sleeping at the nape (back of the neck), just below the hairline, will also help stimulate the pituitary gland & other glands.
  7. HEART STRENGTHENER. The purpose of this exercise is to expand the AORTA. This exercise stimulates the circulation of blood in the heart, as well as the entire body, cardiovascular system, etc. Slowly inhale through your nose & mouth, pushing downward with your diaphragm & expanding your chest at its front & sides. Hold your breath. Clasp your nose tightly with thumbs & index finger so that no air escapes. Then pretend you are blowing your nose. You should feel some air pressure in your ears. Now, with knees bent, bend over from the waist & gently bring your head down your heart and midriff. Continue to hold your breath for a silent count of 10. Return to the starting position & exhale & inhale. Repeat this exercise 5x, gradually increasing to 10 repetitions.
  8. SUNSHINE. 10 to 20 minutes of sunshine daily is a must. The sunshine’s gentle rays have powerful germicidal properties. As the skin gathers these gentle rays, it stores up enormous amounts of gentle-killing energy. The sun provides one of the finest remedies for the nervous person who is filled with anxiety, worry, & frustration.
  9. SLEEP at least 6 to 8 hours a day. Sleep, nap, & relax, these are life’s greatest REVITALIZER.
  10. MASSAGE & REFLEXOLOGY at least once a week. It is good for the body.
  11. STEAM or SAUNA —Spend 10 to 30 minutes in a steam or sauna room at least once a week, for the hard to burn toxins. Our body creates fever/sick to burn these toxins. By creating an ARTIFICIAL FEVER through the heat generated by these rooms, toxins are burn before they accumulate & one get sick.
  12. Natural Multi-Vitamin- Mineral Supplement, Vitamin C daily and Calcium Supplement 2 – 3x a week. (Too much calcium can cause kidney stones to form). Take the B complex – 2 to 3 x weekly.
  13. Acidophilus / Bifidus Multi-Digestive Enzyme daily – to increase the good bacteria especially when you have a week digestive system, suffering from indigestion and under medications.
  14. Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfates and MSM Combo. For arthritis, osteoarthritis, joint pain and stiffness. Available in health stores.
  15. Think Positive. Relax. Don’t Worry. Be happy. Stress can kill.
  16. Pray and say our daily thanks.

Your HEALTH is YOUR WEALTH! … the DONTs!…

Judah is sharing the…

DON’TS AND THE FOOD TO AVOID

1. Don’t overeat. Avoid snacks or in between meals. It takes 4 to 5 hours to digest a regular meal. Allow the digestive system to rest before eating your next meal.

2. Switch to fruits & vegetables. Eat slowly, chew thoroughly, and remember your stomach has no teeth.

3. Salt including iodized, patis, toyo, bagoong are not healthy. Iodine is good but not salt. Salt is a food preservative. Salt cannot be digested, assimilated not used by the body. It has no nutrients, no minerals, nor vitamins. It causes kidney stones & swelling in the feet, ankles & legs. The least evil is Toyo (Soy Sauce) used sparingly. The best is the BRAGG AMINO ACID – THE SOY SAUCE without salt.

4. White Sugar has over 1,000 chemicals added to process, stabilize, preserve, bleach, flavor, & color it white. BROWN SUGAR is the lesser evil. Better still switch to HONEY.

5. ARTIFICIAL SWEETER (ASPARTAME) Equal, NutraSweet, Spoonful, Sweet & Low found in diet soft drinks and over 9,000 other food products NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. The MATHANOL in ASPARTAME converts to FORMALDEHYDE in the retina of the eye. The ASPARTAME is especially DEADLY for DIABETICS. It keeps the blood sugar level out of control, causing many patients to go to coma. This toxic poison has also been linked to migraine, seizures, vision loss & systems relating to LUPUS, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis, etc. please check this out: aspartamekills.com and holisticmed.com/aspartame/.

6. Soft drink is 80% compounded from sugar & chemicals using artificial colors & flavors. It contains 3 toxic stimulants, carbonated water, caffeine, phosphoric acid & refined white sugar. All are toxic empty calories without any healthy nutrient value. Causes hyperacidity & ulcers.

7. Monosodium glutamate or vetsin. It is an artificial flavor enhancer that is compounded from artificial chemicals. Can cause death when taken in large quantity.

8. Vegetable, Palm, cottonseed, canola & olestra oils—These cooking oils are not fit for human consumption due to the viscosity of the oil. Our body heat is only 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit. You need a heat of 300 deg. F for these to be broken down in the body – a physical impossibility. The lesser evil is COCONUT oil. Better alternative – Corn oil, Soya oil or the best olive oil.

9. White vinegar—Is an imitation vinegar. It is chemically compounded from coal & citric acid. It looked clean, white, tasted vinegar. It has no health value & worthless. Can cause hyperacidity. Use cane vinegar for cooking, flavoring and as food wash.

10. MEAT—Is a major source of TOXIC URIC & CHOLESTEROL. PORK is the dirtiest. It is often infected with a dangerous parasite, which causes the disease trichinosis. BEEF, because of its visible & invisible fats is a better alternative. Switch to FISH & CHICKEN white meat only NO skin.

11. SHELLFISH – Like tahong, oyster, shrimp, crab, tulya, lobster, etc. are the SCAVENGERS, the rats & flies of the under water. High in URIC ACID. Refrain from eating shellfish it can cause death.

12. MILK contains LACTOSE, which most people are allergic to. The major symptom of lactose allergy is MUCUS FORMATION. Must stop drinking milk & all dairy products, if you always suffer from asthma, colds, cough, hyper acidity, & allergy. Take calcium supplement instead, or eat plenty of vegetables, beans, oatmeal, & fruits. Fruits & vegetables have calcium. For infants who are Lactose intolerant, switch to Soya Milk. Eat pineapple. The manganese in pineapple can prevent bone fractures & osteoporosis.

13. COFFEE can cause osteoporosis, as the caffeine will rob the bones of its calcium. Decaffeinated coffee is even worse. The solvent used to extract caffeine from the coffee beans is METHYLENE CHLORIDE, a chemical that is CANCER CAUSING. Drink ginger tea instead.

14. CHOCOLATE & CHOCOLATE DRINKS. Chocolate is cocoa, milk & sugar. A harmful combination. The shocking list of caffeine-related side effects includes HYPERTENSION, ARRYTHMIA, elevated CHOLESTEROL, ALLERGIES, CHRONIC FATIGUE, etc.

15. CANNED GOODS, LUNCHEON MEATS, INSTANT NOODLES, HOTDOGS, BACON, BOLOGNA, HAM, DRIED FRUTS & all chemically preserved foodsThe chemicals used as preservatives are manufacturing Bombs, Gun powder, matches & fertilizers.

16. EGGS must only be eaten 2-3 times a week. Quail eggs have 2x more the cholesterol than chicken eggs.

17. MARGARINE—is full of dangerous, unnatural, trans-fatty acids. BUTTER is lesser evil.

18. CHEWING GUM causes stomach problem. It fools the body into thinking that food is coming & causes precious digestive juices to start flowing. These powerful juices can cause trouble with your empty stomach’s lining, resulting in ULCERS, HEART BURN, BLOATING, GAS, etc.

19. ALCOHOL—is capable of passing straight through the walls of the stomach, & is picked up by the blood & carried directly to the areas of the brain. That is the reason why one’s actions are unpredicted once a drink is taken causing immediate damage to the brain & liver.

20. SMOKING – Causes lung cancer. TOBACCO is a poison. Nicotine is the most noxious substance that affects the blood vessel. Nicotine is a powerful drug that constricts the arteries. REDUCE, if you cannot totally eliminate smoking.

21. CONSTIPATION—Is one of the greatest enemies of good health. BOWEL ELIMINATION MUST BE DONE AT LEAST ONCE A DAY. Please remember that the food should not stay in the colon for more than 36 hours. CONSTIPATION creates toxins, when absorb in the general circulation, the liver (detoxifying organ) is unable to cope with them.. These toxins are then thrown back into the body to cause trouble. For better bowel movement, drink 8-12 glasses of water. Eat plenty of vegetables & fruits especially papaya, grape fruit, prunes and oats.

22. DRUG should never be the main method of seeking a cure. The healthiest is to seek natural remedies to correct any problems. These drugs & applications are commonly called “painkiller & maintenance drugs”. Even this is misleading because the problems they supposedly relieve often get worst over time. Not to mention the many side effects they have on the entire body. These side effects can lead to stomach problems, kidney damage (shrinking) & hardening of the liver.

23. HAIR DYES & DEODORANTS – Contains chemical solutions of such as silver, mercury, lead, etc. These chemicals are absorbed in the general circulation through the scalp & armpits. Please refrain from dyeing your hair & using deodorant unless it is absolutely necessary.

24. INSECTICIDE, NAPTHALENE BALLS, AIR FRESHENERS, CHEMICAL SPRAY,etc. Should not be allowed in the house. These chemicals contain arsenic. Through inhalation, they get into the body & cause various diseases. The body never completely rids of these substances
